YOUR BUSINESS
IS YOUR BUSINESS.
This website is part of Robert Walnut’s fictional world. You can explore the stories, use the book finder, and read excerpts without registering an account.
WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO SHARE.
If you submit a press or reader inquiry, we receive the name, reply address, category, and message you provide. If you subscribe to book-release notes, we collect your email address, the book or books you requested updates about, and your consent selection. These forms are processed through Netlify Forms, which stores and filters submissions.
THE READING PILE.
Saving a book to your reading pile stores the selection in your own browser. The website does not transmit your reading pile or require an account. Clearing this site's browser storage clears the pile.
EMAIL, NOT A HOSTAGE SITUATION.
Release-note addresses are for occasional updates about Robert Walnut books. They are not an automatic subscription to unrelated marketing. To request removal, send a note using the inquiry form with the email address you used and say you want to unsubscribe. You can also request access to, or deletion of, a message you submitted.
OUTSIDE LINKS & SITE MEASUREMENT.
Links to Amazon leave this website, and Amazon's own privacy practices apply there. We do not currently use advertising pixels or a third-party behavioral analytics script on this website. Basic hosting and security logs may be processed by Netlify as part of operating the site. We may add privacy-respecting site measurement in the future, with this page updated to explain it.
The condensed display typeface may be requested from Google Fonts when the site loads; that provider may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address.
QUESTIONS?
Send them through the inquiry form. You do not need to make an account to ask.
